PoppinCorks Bistro Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026.

When you request a reservation, we collect the name, requested date and time, party size, phone number, and any occasion or special requests you provide. We use this information to review and respond to your request. If you check the separate, optional SMS consent box, we record that choice and its time and use your phone number to text you when staff confirms or declines the request. You can leave the box unchecked and still submit your request.

We use service providers to host the reservation assistant, deliver reservation emails and opted-in text messages, and operate the service. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not send promotional texts through this reservation flow.

Text frequency is about 1-2 messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. For questions about your reservation data or to request its removal, call 708-991-7285 or email poppincorksbistro@gmail.com.
